Terms of Use

By downloading or using the "My Adventure Diary" app (the "App", "Adventure") you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

01 Provider

The App is provided by eMviasoft Ltd ("we"), registered at 2A Frederic Joliot-Curie Blvd., 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria, company registration number BG207392577.

02 Description of the service

Adventure is a personal travel diary that lets you plan trips, store documents, record expenses and create memories. Your data is stored locally on your device.

03 Local account

Access is protected by a local account (email and PIN). You are responsible for keeping your device and PIN secure. Because the account is local, we cannot restore your access or data if you lose your device or PIN.

04 "Adventure Premium" subscription

• The App is offered via subscription with a 3-day free trial.
• Plans: annual — €11.99 and 3-month — €3.99 (current prices are shown in the App and may vary by country and currency).
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's policies.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes and not to attempt to decompile, disrupt or use it in a way that harms other users or the service.

06 Intellectual property

The App, its design, logo and content (excluding the data you enter) are owned by eMviasoft Ltd and protected by applicable law. Content you create remains yours.

07 Third-party services and links

The App uses map data from OpenStreetMap, geocoding via Nominatim and currency rates from open.er-api.com, and contains links to external websites (e.g. for flights, accommodation, transport). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.

08 Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is". Maps and location information are for indicative purposes only and are not intended for navigation or emergency use. We do not warrant that currency rates, place data or other information are always accurate or up to date.

09 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eMviasoft Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for loss of data. Because data is stored locally, you are responsible for your own backups. Uninstalling the App deletes all local data.

10 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your data and/or uninstalling it. We may terminate or restrict access in case of a breach of these Terms.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The competent court is in Sofia, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.

12 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the current version.
