ComSy FinTrack (the “Application”) is developed and provided by eMviasoft Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Application.
ComSy FinTrack is designed as a privacy-focused personal finance tracker. No user account or registration is required. Financial and other information entered by the user is stored locally on the user’s device and is not uploaded to or stored on eMviasoft Ltd servers through normal use of the Application.

02Information Stored Locally
ComSy FinTrack allows users to record and manage personal finance information, including income, expenses, recurring payments, budgets, categories, payment methods, statistics, preferences, and related records. This information is stored locally on the user’s device.
eMviasoft Ltd does not provide a cloud account or cloud synchronization service for this information and does not have access to the content of the user’s local ComSy FinTrack database.
The Application does not require the user to create an account or provide a name, email address, telephone number, or other registration information in order to use its core functionality.
03Backup, Restore and CSV Files
The Application may allow the user to create a backup of the local database and later restore it. It may also allow the user to export data to CSV files and import data from CSV files, including for use with spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Numbers.
These functions are initiated and controlled by the user. ComSy FinTrack does not upload or store backup files, CSV files, or the content of the local database on eMviasoft Ltd servers.
If the user chooses to save, copy, share, transfer, or synchronize an exported backup or CSV file using a device feature or a third-party service, that processing is controlled by the user and the relevant operating-system or third-party provider. Users are responsible for protecting exported files because they may contain financial information.
04Notifications and Reminders
ComSy FinTrack may use device notifications to remind the user about recurring or upcoming payments. Reminder information is generated from data stored locally on the device. The Application does not require eMviasoft Ltd to store the user’s financial records on a remote server in order to provide these reminders.
Users can manage notification permissions through the settings of their device.
05Internet Connection and Server Storage
The core personal-finance functionality of ComSy FinTrack is designed to work without a user account, cloud synchronization, or server-side storage of the user’s financial database.
Internet connectivity may nevertheless be required for services provided by the relevant application store, including downloading or updating the Application and processing or restoring a purchase. Such app-store processing does not give eMviasoft Ltd access to the content of the user’s local financial database.
06Purchase Information
After the 3-day free trial, ComSy FinTrack may be unlocked through a one-time purchase with a standard price of EUR 3.99. This is not a recurring subscription. The final price, currency conversion, taxes, and other purchase conditions are those displayed by the applicable app store at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed by the applicable app-store provider. eMviasoft Ltd does not receive or store the user’s full payment-card details.
When a purchase is made or restored through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the relevant store provider processes information necessary for that transaction under its own privacy policy and terms. This app-store processing does not give Apple, Google, or eMviasoft Ltd access through ComSy FinTrack to the content of the user’s local financial database.

07Advertising
ComSy FinTrack does not display third-party advertising and does not use the user’s locally stored financial information for advertising or personalized advertising.
08Sharing and Sale of Data
eMviasoft Ltd does not sell the content of the user’s local ComSy FinTrack database and does not share that content with advertisers or data brokers. Because the financial database remains local to the device, it is not transmitted to eMviasoft Ltd merely through normal use of the Application.
09Data Retention and Deletion
Financial and other user-entered data remains on the user’s device for as long as it remains in the local ComSy FinTrack database.
Users may delete records through the Application where such controls are available, restore or replace the database through the available backup functions, or remove locally stored Application data using device-level controls. Uninstalling the Application may delete local Application data depending on the operating system and any backups or exported files retained by the user.
Backup and CSV files previously exported by the user are separate files and may remain in locations chosen by the user even after the Application or its local database is deleted.
10Data Security
ComSy FinTrack is designed to keep user-entered financial information on the user’s device rather than on eMviasoft Ltd servers. Users are responsible for securing their device and any backup or CSV files they create or export.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Device security, operating-system protections, screen locks, backups, and any third-party storage chosen by the user may affect the security of locally stored or exported information.
11Children
ComSy FinTrack is a personal finance utility and is not specifically directed to children. The Application does not require account registration and eMviasoft Ltd does not intentionally collect children’s financial records on its servers through the Application.
12Your Privacy Rights
Because eMviasoft Ltd does not receive or store the content of the user’s local ComSy FinTrack database, we generally cannot access, retrieve, correct, export, or delete that local content on the user’s behalf.
Users can exercise control over locally stored information directly through the Application, exported files, and device-level controls. 13Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, legal requirements, or relevant services change. The updated version will indicate a revised effective or last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means where required by applicable law.
