These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ComSy FinTrack (the “Application”), developed and provided by eMviasoft Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, starting the free trial, purchasing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

02Purpose of the Application
ComSy FinTrack is a personal finance management application designed to help users record and review income and expenses, manage recurring payments, set category budgets, view charts and statistics, and receive reminders.
The Application may also provide configurable categories and payment methods, transaction filters, currency and theme settings, database backup and restore, and CSV import and export.
ComSy FinTrack is a record-keeping and budgeting tool. Information, charts, budgets, statistics, reminders, and other outputs generated by the Application are for the user’s own informational and organizational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, or credit advice.
03Local Data and No Account
No account or registration is required to use the Application. User-entered financial information is stored locally on the user’s device.
eMviasoft Ltd does not provide cloud synchronization or server-side storage for the user’s ComSy FinTrack financial database and does not have access to its content through normal use of the Application.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the Application and for maintaining appropriate security of the device.
04Backup, Restore, Export and Import
The Application may allow users to create and restore local database backups and to export or import information using CSV files.
These functions are controlled by the user and do not constitute cloud backup or server-side storage by eMviasoft Ltd. If a user chooses to save, share, transfer, or synchronize an exported file through another application, operating-system feature, cloud drive, email service, or other third-party service, the user is responsible for that action and the relevant third-party terms and privacy practices apply.
Users should protect backup and CSV files appropriately because such files may contain personal financial information.
053-Day Free Trial
ComSy FinTrack offers a 3 (three) day free trial, subject to eligibility determined by the Application and the applicable app store.
The free trial allows the user to evaluate the Application before purchasing the full version. The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription, does not create a recurring subscription, and does not by itself result in an automatic recurring charge by eMviasoft Ltd.
At the end of the 3-day trial period, continued access to paid functionality requires the user to actively complete the one-time purchase described below.
06One-Time Purchase – EUR 3.99
After the free trial, ComSy FinTrack may be unlocked through a one-time purchase at a standard price of EUR 3.99.
The purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. It is intended to unlock the paid version of the Application for the purchasing app-store account, subject to the rules, technical availability, purchase-restoration mechanisms, and terms of the applicable app store.
The final amount charged may differ from EUR 3.99 because of local taxes, currency conversion, regional pricing, or app-store pricing rules. The price displayed by the applicable app store at the time of purchase is the controlling purchase price.
Payments, receipts, refunds, purchase restoration, and payment-method handling are processed by the applicable app-store provider under its own terms. eMviasoft Ltd does not receive or store full payment-card details.
07Notifications and Reminders
The Application may provide local notifications or reminders for recurring and upcoming payments based on information stored on the user’s device.
Notifications are provided as a convenience only. The user remains responsible for checking actual due dates, balances, payment obligations, bank information, and other relevant records. eMviasoft Ltd is not responsible for a payment, deadline, fee, penalty, or other consequence resulting from a missed, delayed, disabled, inaccurate, or undelivered reminder, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
08No Advertising
ComSy FinTrack does not display third-party advertising. The user’s locally stored financial information is not used by eMviasoft Ltd for personalized advertising.
09Acceptable Use
You may use the Application for lawful personal or business record-keeping purposes. You must not unlawfully redistribute the Application, circumvent purchase controls, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law. Any restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
10User Responsibility and Backups
You are responsible for the information you enter, the categories and budgets you create, the interpretation of statistics and charts, and the decisions you make based on your records.
You are also responsible for maintaining backups where appropriate and for protecting any exported database or CSV files. eMviasoft Ltd does not operate a server-side backup of the user’s local financial database.
11Availability, Updates and Changes
We may update, improve, modify, add, or remove Application features over time. Compatibility may depend on the device, operating-system version, app-store requirements, and permissions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or operating-system configuration.
12Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. eMviasoft Ltd does not guarantee that budgets, reminders, charts, calculations, imported files, or other outputs will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular financial decision.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eMviasoft Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the user’s reliance on locally entered information, missed reminders, device failure, deletion or corruption of local data, or loss or disclosure of user-controlled backup or CSV files.
13Intellectual Property
The Application, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to eMviasoft Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
14Termination and Removal
You may stop using the Application at any time. We may restrict access where technically and legally appropriate if the Application is used unlawfully, purchase controls are circumvented, or these Terms are materially violated.
Deleting the Application may delete locally stored data depending on the operating system. Exported backups and CSV files stored elsewhere are controlled by the user and may remain after the Application is removed.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Application, pricing model, legal requirements, or relevant services change. The updated version will indicate a revised effective or last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
16Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to users in their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
17App Store and Google Play Terms
Users who obtain ComSy FinTrack through the Apple App Store must also comply with the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple usage rules. Where Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, the Application is licensed subject to that agreement unless a valid custom end-user license agreement applies. Users who obtain ComSy FinTrack through Google Play must also comply with the applicable Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play rules governing purchases, licensing, and use of applications. Google Play Terms of Service are available at: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/
These app-store terms govern matters specific to the relevant store, including store account use, payment processing, purchase restoration, licensing rules, and other store services. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the user and eMviasoft Ltd concerning ComSy FinTrack, subject to any mandatory app-store terms and applicable law.
For the Apple App Store version, these Terms are between you and eMviasoft Ltd, not Apple. eMviasoft Ltd, and not Apple, is responsible for ComSy FinTrack and its content, except to the extent responsibility is imposed on Apple by applicable mandatory terms or law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the Apple App Store version and may enforce the applicable provisions against the user.
